Privacy & contact information

Updated 15 September 2026

Who handles your information

FLUXORA LTD (company number 15745075) is responsible for the personal information described here. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact us at contact@fluxora.ltd for privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, project type, message, and any company name or discovery source you choose to provide. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. The form marks required fields; without those details we may be unable to respond.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your questions, discuss your project, and prepare a proposal. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, that is our basis for processing. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients. We use the optional discovery source to understand which channels bring enquiries. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

Providers and storage

The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact messages are delivered through Resend to our Google-hosted business inbox. These providers process information needed to host the website, deliver messages, and operate email. Hosting providers may also process technical request and security logs. Providers can process information outside the UK; their applicable terms describe their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiries that do not become client projects are deleted from our active enquiry records and inbox six months after the last substantive exchange. Copies in provider backups may remain until their normal deletion cycle completes. If you become a client, we retain relevant project, contract, and accounting records for the purposes of delivering the work and meeting applicable obligations. Records needed for an active dispute or a legal obligation may be kept longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where applicable. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@fluxora.ltd to make a request. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Browser preferences and automated decisions

Your browser stores your chosen language and colour theme locally so the website can remember those preferences. The contact form does not use AI to evaluate your enquiry or make automated decisions about you. This notice covers this website and its enquiries; client projects may have their own agreed data arrangements.
