What to expect before our first conversation.

How much does a project cost?

The first 30-minute call is free and carries no commitment. If you need a roadmap, we propose a paid audit with an agreed scope and price. If your requirements are already clear, we can quote the build directly. You approve the scope and price before work starts.

How long does it take?

We agree a realistic schedule after reviewing the scope, integrations, and your team’s availability. Larger projects are delivered in phases.

Do my data and documents stay private?

We agree where your data is stored and which providers can process it before the build. Private hosting is available where the project requires it. Any external AI or software services are identified in your proposal.

Who owns the code and the system?

The proposal sets out ownership of the custom code and deliverables. Third-party software keeps its own licence terms, and hosting or AI services may require ongoing subscriptions. We document these dependencies at handover.

Do I need a technical team on my side?

No. Fluxora handles the build, deployment, and documentation. Your team just uses the result, and we explain everything in plain language.

What happens after launch?

You get full documentation, plus the option of ongoing monitoring, improvements, and support as your data, team, and needs change.

What does AI-search optimization include?

We improve how search and AI systems can read and understand your website: crawl access, clear service content, structured data, and answers to common customer questions. AEO means answer engine optimization; GEO means generative engine optimization. These improvements support discoverability, but cannot guarantee rankings, citations, or enquiries.

What are the ongoing costs?

Your proposal separates the build fee, third-party running costs, and optional support. For planning, allow roughly US$20–60/month for a modest website, or US$50–200/month for a small website with a text-based AI workflow. These are illustrative budgets at low usage, not fixed packages. Domain registration, tax, specialist integrations, and maintenance are additional. High traffic or intensive AI use can cost more. We estimate your specific setup before you commit.
