Client project · Website + online booking and payments
Lappland Pro Natur
From email bookings to direct online sales.
A new website for a French-speaking pike fishing camp in Swedish Lapland, with live availability, online deposits and a back-office the owner runs from his phone.

What we built
01
Live availability and a stay builder
Visitors pick their group size and dates on a season calendar that only shows workable stays, then add guiding days, an upgrade boat or half board. The camp’s real rules (cabins, boats, guides, minimum stay, group pricing) sit in a tested booking engine, so the price shown is the exact price.
02
Online deposits by card or bank transfer
Guests pay the deposit, or the full amount for late bookings, by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Card payments are only captured when Alban accepts; bank transfers are matched and confirmed automatically. Every night of every cabin can only be sold once.
03
A back-office on his phone
Alban gets an alert for each request and accepts or declines in one click. He manages the season planner, phone bookings, payments and balances, prices and season dates himself, and publishes the camp’s catch journal.
The visitor journey
Choose your group and dates → add guiding, boat and meal options → see the exact price → pay the deposit by card or transfer → Alban accepts → confirmation email. Alongside the booking journey, a 3D map of the real terrain lets visitors explore the lakes around the camp, and the old site’s addresses redirect to their new pages so search visibility carries over.
What this delivers
The camp now takes bookings and deposits directly online, and the spreadsheet is no longer used. Alban’s own words below describe the difference; no booking volume or revenue figures are claimed here.
The idea to take away
For a small tourism business, direct online booking is not just a calendar: it has to encode the owner’s real rules and leave them in control. When it does, the website becomes the place where stays are sold.

“I have run a lodge in Swedish Lapland since 2011. My old WordPress site was dated, and every booking was handled by hand, by email and in a spreadsheet. That’s laborious when my team is here and a real chore when I’m on my own.
Filip took the time to understand my business: my five cabins, the guides, my team, the boats, the season, the deposits. The new website shows my availability live. Guests put together their stay and pay the deposit by card or bank transfer, and the transfer confirms itself. On my side, I get an alert, accept in one click, and manage my schedule and prices myself from my phone.
He was very responsive to every change I asked for, and gave sound advice on payments. I recommend him without hesitation to any tourism business that wants to sell direct.”
